SILÊNCIO AZUL

I believe that each Milonga has its own identity and that the DJ has a crucial role in the course of the dance floor and, as a consequence, in the happiness of all its participants. I seek to feel throughout the milonga its energy and mood and choose the music that better fits each situation without compromising the rioplatense tradition. The challenge is to take the most accurate emotion out of each traditional orchestra.
I am one of the organizers of the Milonga A Promotora where I am one of its residents DJs.
As a tango teacher both of children and adults, I believe that the music has a crucial role in our evolution
DOMINIQUE SALAZIE

I've been dancing tango for a long time and I've been a DJ out of passion for about ten years.
My musical choices are closely linked to the milonga atmosphere and are traditional. My wish is that the dancers have fun while experiencing beautiful emotions.
LAMPIS ZALAVRAS

Lampis has been fascinated by tango and continuously tries to expand his understanding of this complex art form. Playing the right tanda at the right time is critical for an emotionally fulfilling evening of dancing and he aims to achieve exactly that with his music selections. Lampis focuses on traditional music that keeps the dancers on the floor until the very end of the milonga. He has been DJing for the past ten years in multiple events all over the world.
LUA

She organizes Tango Irreal since 2016. She was DJ in the first Milongueiro Meeting “A Promotora”, in 2013 and she is often invited as Dj in other regular milongas in Lisbon and Porto (such as “Milonga A Promotora”, “La Social Porto”, “La Gata”, “Tango Na Rua”, “A Todo Tango”, “La Bella”) and abroad. Each milonga is unique. Each tanda tells a story. Each song reminds her dance moments already danced. In the present, her musical selection reflects the tastes of all the people she has meet in tango, always trying to vary and be engaging.
PATRICIA SANTOS

She was born and raised in Porto (Portugal) and discovered tango in 2005. Five years later she started DJ’ing at milongas and never stopped doing so.
As a milonguera she is very much aware of the importance of good music to have a great dance. Choosing the right orchestras at the right time allows her to keep the ronda orderly and to create an unique feeling amongst the milongueros, that remarkable sense of sharing an unique moment of time and place.
She is the organizer of “Ensueños” since 2012.
